Laptop Delivery Information

Learn about when to expect delivery of your new Metabox.

1. Availability

If the selected model is listed 'In Stock', it is then ready for an immediate build. If there is a 'Pre-Order' status, please use the specified date to get an estimation on when you can expect delivery.

2. Build Time: 3-7 Business Days

Metabox's highend laptops go through a specialised build-to-order production process. From the day your order is placed, allow up to a total of 7 business days for your new Metabox to be custom built and carefully prepared for delivery.

3. Fast Aus-Wide Express Air Delivery

Once your new Metabox custom build has been prepared and completed, it will be dispatched on Startrack's Air Express Premium Insured next business day door-to-door delivery service.

*Some regional areas and smaller cities/towns may take up to 2 business days, delivery time frames may vary during busy seasons. Check with us for a more accurate delivery time frame.

Ships Next Business Day

2. Ships Next Business Day

Metabox's highend laptops go through a specialised production testing process, which also includes all our Ships Next Business Day (SND) models. Our SND models are already pre-produced and shipped the Next Business Day after your payment has been received and verified. From there we use Australia's fastest shipping and delivery service.

3. Fast Aus-Wide Express Air Delivery

Once your new Ship Next Business Day order is processed, it will be dispatched on Startrack's Air Express Premium Insured next business day door-to-door delivery service.
